Key Requirements for Lead Generation Specialist
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to plan and execute multi-platform campaigns
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads will be a plus point
- Understanding of CRM systems (lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting)
- Ability to handle and manage social media through tools like:
- Hootsuite
- Metricool
- (Any additional social media handlers is a bonus)
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns
- Strong audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization skill
- Ability to drive engagement and generate consistent, quality leads
